While New Yorkers are dying of heat, I must say that us Californians are enjoying some wonderful (and in some areas cooler than normal) weather.  One of my dear friends made a pit stop in New York for a week before heading out of the country, and she was kind enough to send me some beautiful pictures of her sweaty vacation.  And if you are curious about the title of this post, zoom in on the sign in the last picture.
